WOW TR, that turned out great.

Can't tell it was you first lit model!

On a model that small it is hard to do the windows right!

Crowe-t,
Thanks for the comments. I used Model Master enamels on it. One part light ghost grey, two parts flat white. Then I dry brushed the entire ship with flat white.

If this is your first lighting project, I can't wait to see the next one. Try a darker back ground to show the bottom light. I can see a little of it after you mentioned it. Great job!  :)http://scifimodelaction.com/sfmaforum/smileys/default/smiley.gif

Very nice for your first lighting attempt TR....  my first was the 1/1000 D7, so I know how "close quarters" these builds are!

Hi Trekrunner,
This looks great.
Do the bussards rotate or are the static?
If they rotate, how did you achieve that?

Very nice job and exceptional considering this was your first stab at lighting. The base is awesome as well.

Mstowell,
Thanks and sorry for the late reply. I have been away for sometime.
The bussards don't rotate.
I put three LED's in each bussard and used a timer circuit to flash at extremely short intervals. The effect looks really good.
