An awesome ship!  It will be nice to see it come to life, I hope to grab some tips from you; as a new model maker I can use all the help I can get.  I wish you fun and success, with the build and the contest!   8)
That model really tied the room together.

As if I didn't already have enough temptation to buy this kit!  ;) Good luck with the build bro!

Hi acela2030, which category do you intend to place your build?
If It's a model kit, I like it already.

Hello all, heres my first update, a little late, been a busy week, but ive got all the parts trimmed and ready to be washed and then onto primer spraying. In regards to the catagory im going with "out of the box" build up. Its a bit small for me to light  ;D . Take care and good luck to all the builds.

Have fun, Eric

Thank for posting your pics of your parts separated and prepped! Man what a HUGE difference from the 1701 kit! The parts are totally different in the way they are engineered to fit. Also, looks like the clear parts are not for the nacelles? Hmm. I think I need to order one now! :D

Hi guys, sorry for the long delay in an update, been busy, but going full impulse on it now. Here's some progress, got all parts washed, trimmed, and primed. Next will be white and gloss pearlcote for final finish.

Nice colors! I like the gloss pearl white, it has the right sheen quality! Which product did you use for the peal gloss?
