Just how did you do the rust and those impact holes?

The rust is a mix of three pigments : Old Rust, Rail rust and new rust. I then mix them to create a base and then add to it.

The shell holes are made using my soldering iron, I found it gave a more realistic look.

"Kit"...check.
"Glue"...check.
"Paint"...check.

Cheers Simi  ;D Chuffed you like it.

As I told Ian, the rust is a mixture of three pigments: Old Rust, Rail rust and new rust. I then mix them to create a base and then add to it. Build up areas as needed. The black smoke is also a pigment. It has also had a light dust pigment added in places.
