I used Rust-o-leum flat white. I have tried a lot of whites. I like this one for some reason. It goes on well but have had problems with the sprayer. But they have refunded me when it has failed me.
The needs of the many out way the needs of the few.

That's a great base paint.  Bonds tough to plastic and easily covers up.  Likewise, the 'flat clear' or 'matte clear' is a good primer.  Bonds well to plastic and easily covers up with spray acrylics.
