Arduino Mega
« on: August 13, 2017, 06:21:08 pm »
I've been scouring the web and search engines and haven't found an answer to this so I figured I'd ask here.

Is there a screw terminal expansion board for the Arduino Mega like the expansion board for the Uno?  I did find a couple, but they want $40-$60 and that's a bit outrageous if you ask me.  If there are no screw terminal adapter boards, what about cables with pins that fit in the connectors on the board?

I have never worked with the MEGA. I have used some Adafruit boards to build plug in circuits for my Arduino's. You can buy connectors and headers at Amazon or
Direct electronic parts.

I've had reasonable luck using blank prototyping shields as starting points. They do sell them for the MEGA as well.

That's for the nano and I have a bunch of those :)

I figured out a solution to how I want to do it.
