Hi, Everyone!

Bandai has updated their Star Wars Plastic Model Series Photo Contest 2017 posting on their website to include some general rules.

Here are the rules:

  • One picture attached per post.  If each post has more than one attached picture, the second and on will not go into consideration.
  • Please provide the name(s) of the model kit(s) used in each picture post.
  • As a general rule, Bandai asks that pictures only include models from their Star Wars plastic model series.  Any pictures that include products other than Bandai's Star Wars plastic models may not go into consideration.
  • If you are a minor, please obtain consent from parents before posting pictures.

Once again, Bandai will be running their Star Wars Plastic Model Series Photo Contest 2017 starting 9/1/17 to 11/19/17.

They are asking participants to upload their photos onto Twitter, Facebook, and/or Instagram using the hashtag #STARWARS_MODEL_BANDAI.  You can post as many pictures as you want, but please follow the rules above.

Winners will be chosen in December 2017.

Please take note that this is a photo contest and not just a model building contest, so your posted pictures should be as creative and look as good as you can make them in order to stand out.  Use of photo editing software and filters are allowed.

Get your Bandai Star Wars models looking great, shoot some beautiful pictures, post what you have on those social media platforms, and good luck!
