Observation on Car Models - and a question
« on: December 04, 2017, 09:06:09 am »
Hi everyone -

Can anyone recommend a great car model that will keep me occupied for a few days?  I have yet to build one successfully.  The windshield gets fogged with Zip Kicker overspray, the steering wheel droops, when I drop the body over the chassis, it doesn't fit.

On the IRC chat #Spacedock, I was lurking in some conversations on car modeling.

Somebody steer me to a really cool model.  My wife will be away for 4 days!

If you are looking for a fairly simple build and like classic UK cars any of the Tamiya 1/24 Minis are great kits, particularly the Monte Carlo Rally version.

Alternatively if you don't like windscreens try any of Tamiya's F1 cars.
