B9 Robot Nervous Breakdown
« on: April 30, 2018, 08:37:26 am »
I'm on my 3rd B9 Robot attempt.  I'm talking about the 1/6 scale Moebius model.  After one faulty board and a faulty modeler (me), I'm trying it again.

If you have any experience with this model, please...any suggestions would be great.  Here are my major challenges:

1.  The tiny LED's that are housed in the brain have super fine wires - more like strands of hair - that have to be connected to the board.  I have been unsuccessful in working with these wires.  I can't solder, strip, etc.  Can you please point me to a tutorial that may show how to work with wiring that is this fine.

2.  The TenaControls breast plate LED configuration requires incredible dexterity.  About a dozen 1mm LEDs are in extreme close proximity.  The instructions don't include a prescription for Ambien.  What is the best way to wire these suckers?

Your help is greatly appreciated.
