Was the 1/350 TOS Enterprise always so expensive?
« on: January 02, 2019, 06:45:34 pm »
I'm new to modeling, so I may not have a good feeling for how expensive models run, but I was surprised that I could not find a 1/350 TOS Enterprise model for less than $150.  Was it always expensive or is it just out of print?

I'm wondering if I should buy one up now or wait until it might get repopped.  I won't be building it anytime soon.

What do you guys think?

I don't think I've ever seen it lower than $150.  Not sure why that is.  Kinda sucks.

To build or not to build.... that is the question.   The answer.... build... Duh.

I seem to remember seeing it at a shop for $130 when it was first released.

This is one of those high quality, large kits.  Always been expensive.

$139.00 on autoworldstore.com, with shipping would probably be close to 150 but i doubt more than that.

But I have seen it as low as $129 online.
